(tags: [nnw](http://del.icio.us/eecue/nnw) [netnewswire](http://del.icio.us/eecue/netnewswire)) * [Direct Digg RSS Feed](http://sitening.com/digg/) Digg has a really annoying RSS feed, instead of taking the reader directly to the article it takes you to their site. They should really change this functionality. Anyhow, here is a direct RSS feed to dugg articles (tags: [digg](http://del.icio.us/eecue/digg) [rss](http://del.icio.us/eecue/rss))

I have been using [Newsfire](http://www.newsfirerss.com/) since February of last year. It was the first RSS reader that I've ever paid money for. Newsfire had a good deal of [issues that I didn't like](http://eecue.com/log_archive/eecue-log-649-NewsFire.html). I emailed the Newsfire [developer](http://www.newsfirex.com/blog/) and asked if a bug could be fixed, but he replied that NewsFire wasn't in a development cycle. He wasn't very nice about it either. Anyhow, I had been tempted to go back to NetNewsWire for some time now, but never did because I didn't want to pay for a second RSS reader. Luckily for me NewsGator is now giving away [NetNewsWire](http://www.newsgator.com/Individuals/NetNewsWire/) for free! I have switched back and I am extremely happy so far.
