In 2004 Simson Garfinkel gave a talk at the USENIX [LISA](http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa04/) conference about data on old hard drives. The report he wrote was actually what made us decide to do the [drive slagging site](http://driveslag.eecue.com/) in the first place. He featured our method of data removal in his slides which can be found at the link below. [Penelope](http://peneloper.com/) and I went to the [Aquarium of the Pacific](http://www.aquariumofpacific.org/default2.html) in Long Beach on MLK Jr Day. The aquarium is really beautiful and well designed. I really enjoyed myself and I took about 200 pictures, out of which 95 came out well.
