The galactic core is visible as a diffuse band of milky luminescence stretching diagonally across the upper-center portion of the frame, surrounded by thousands of individual stars of varying brightness. A faint satellite trail or meteor streak is barely visible in the lower-center portion of the image, adding a fleeting transient element to the cosmic scene.
