Discarded Trash Marred by Tar Stains

The unsightly bag of trash pictured here was dumped unceremoniously on the walkway, its contents spilling out and contaminating the plywood surface. Notice how the tar stain dominates the scene, blighting an otherwise peaceful path. The rust and corrosion on the nearby metal railing add to the dismal aura of neglect.
