Michael Franti Rocks Coachella

A massive crowd gathered under a blue sky and towering building to hear Michael Franti perform at Coachella 2009. The grassy land was fenced off as the outdoor concert drew 18,000 people. The audience came dressed in stylish clothing, carrying handbags and wearing hats and shoes as they enjoyed the group performance. Two large speakers provided the backdrop as Franti and his band entertained with their musical instruments. Despite the helmet and weapon in the photo, this was a peaceful event filled with leisure activities and fun.
