Memorial Wreaths at London War Memorial

A solemn memorial wall made of dark bronze or black metal panels displays columns of engraved names of fallen servicemen. The inscription at the top reads 'TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE MEN WHO WENT OUT FROM THIS HOUSE & DIED FOR THEIR KING & COUNTRY'. Seven commemorative poppy wreaths, mostly red with one black, are placed along the base of the memorial. The memorial is set within a modern concrete structure with grey and beige paving stones on the floor.
