A group of 23 people, both men and women, stand in a busy downtown street illuminated by the warm glow of streetlights and traffic lights. Palm trees and other plants line the sidewalks while cars and buses slowly make their way through the crowded intersection. Coats, hats, and handbags are common sights among the well-dressed pedestrians.
