Sunday, April 26th, 2026 at 11:03:33 PM · 2026/Yolo Bypass Wetlands
This wildlife photograph captures a large group of Greater Flamingos congregating in a shallow wetland area. The birds are positioned along a muddy bank with water in the foreground and dense marsh grasses forming layers in the mid-ground. Some flamingos display their characteristic curved necks while others stand upright. The background shows trees shrouded in mist, creating a soft, atmospheric quality. The layered composition of water, grass, and distant vegetation provides excellent depth to the image.
