The Concrete Obstacle

A massive pile of concrete blocks stand in the path of sewer workers during the 2009 sewer tour. Workers had to carefully navigate around the obstacles to complete their mission. Plywood and handrails provided support as vehicles and machine made their way through the tunnel.
